HOW IT WORKS:

2. Complete the claim form within 30 calendar days from date of purchase – we will ask you to upload proof of purchase and supply details of the product that you have purchased. We will email you to keep you updated on the progress of your claim – the email will also contain a link so you can track the status of your claim. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.

3. Once all the relevant information has been checked, you will receive your cashback payment via bank transfer, within 30 days of the claim being approved.
